butterfly

hellooo everyone!!

Here comes my second craft item for you . This one is very easy and can be used in many ways!!

So lets start!!

For making this butterfly you will need

  • craft paper
  • ruler
  • pencil
  • compass
  • pair of scissors
  • and a ribbon
step 1 => draw a square and a circle.   Radius of circle should be half the side length of square. I have used 6 cm .
(   I would suggest to draw on back side of the paper so no pencil marks are visible on your final product).
step 2 => cut from the boundary of the pattern as shown in image 2

step 3 =>now start folding the paper as shown in image 3!! just like we used to do in school time for making a snake or a fan. I don't know about you but i did :P  (now try to make folds as small as possible. Don't worry if they are not even)
You will get something as shown in image five.

step 4 => now tie a ribbon in the middle. Make sure the knot is tight.

And one thing is very important while doing anything, never hurry throug the process. Take your time. And if you don't get it right the first time than remember "there ij alwaj a nexsht time" ;)

step 4

final step => now start spreading the wings from the center . And again please don't  rush or you might end up tearing the paper.

And voila you have your butterfly ready...:D

You can make them in any size you want and in any color you like.
you can stick them on a gift or a card.
and moreover make them in different sizes and stick them to your room wall.

I hope you liked it.

time to go. see u soon
tadda
